Broccoli should be packed with leaves in clean square plastic baskets, transport vehicles must be clean, no odor. The accepted raw materials shall be put into the warehouse for precooling in time, and the temperature shall be 0-2℃.

4. De-heading and leaf trimming: For qualified products, use a stainless steel knife to remove the head. The tool is clean and sharp, and the head is cut smoothly without inclination. Broccoli leaves must be removed again when pruning pests, mechanical injuries and other unqualified products, when pruning the knife outward, to prevent damage to the flower stem, pruning degree The following specifications:

5. Immersion in ice water, packing and icing:

The processed qualified products shall be packed in time (calcium plastic box) after being soaked in ice water, handled with care to prevent damage to flower buds and reject unqualified products. Print the production date, specification and packaging group on the outside of the box. Send it to the refrigerator immediately after loading to add ice chips. When adding ice, be sure to fill the gap and add enough ice chips on the surface of the box. Send it to the refrigerator immediately for refrigeration. The ice used must be clean and free of impurities. It does not meet the export standards. The temperature should not be too low.

Packing requirements:

1. Each box of flower balls is uniform in size and placed in a standardized manner.

2. The varieties of bulbs in each box are consistent.
