Second, pay attention to picking techniques. When picking mushrooms, pick up the stick in the left hand, squeeze the base of the mushroom handle with the thumb and index finger in the right hand, rotate left and right first, and unscrew it. Do not let the mushroom feet remain on the fungus tube mildew, affect the later mushroom. If the adult mushroom grows densely and the base is deep, dig up from the base of the mushroom foot with a small sharp knife and pay attention to keeping the flower shape intact.
Third, the influence of weather. According to the change of temperature and climate, different measures should be taken to harvest Lentinus edodes in stages and batches. When the temperature is low, the growth of shiitake mushrooms is slow, so the harvest time can be extended appropriately. In case of overcast and rainy days, it is better to pick tender mushrooms ahead of time than to pick over-cooked mushrooms.
Fourth, cooperate with the appropriate receptacle. After picking fresh mushrooms, they should be packed in small baskets or small baskets, and be handled carefully to keep the body intact to prevent each other from crushing and damaging the ring and not affecting the quality. The fresh mushrooms collected should be separated according to the size and shape of the mushroom, and should not be mixed together, and then installed in a separate container for grading and processing.
Stop spraying water before mining. Some mushroom farmers spray water before harvest to increase their weight, which seriously affects the quality. If the water is sprayed before harvest, the mushroom body water content is high, the bacterial fold turns brown when processing fresh mushroom, the bacterial fold becomes black during dehydration and drying, and the mushroom body is easy to mildew if the moisture content is too high.
