The cultivation method in the ridge field does not need to build an edible mushroom house and a bedstead, and is a cultivation method with less investment, low cost, short cycle and quick effect. The ridge land should be selected with high and cool terrain, leeward and unobstructed drainage. According to the north-south direction, it is arranged into a long ridge with a width of 0.8-0.9 meters and a length of 10-15 meters. A ridge with a width of 17 cm, 23 cm and a width of 13 cm is dug in the middle of the ridge. A ditch with a depth of 33 cm and a width of 40 cm is left between the two ridges for walking and management. Spray 20% ammonia or rapeseed cake powder on bed to kill pests.

During cultivation, the culture material is soaked in 1% lime water for 24 hours, then taken up and washed with clean water to pH value of 7.5-8, excess water is drained, and then the material can be spread and sown, and one layer of material is spread and one layer of strain is removed, which is divided into three layers, and the material thickness is about 15 cm. After sowing, gently pat and compact the material layer with a wooden board to tightly combine the strains with the culture material, so as to facilitate the recovery of mycelium growth, prevent drying and inhibit the contamination of miscellaneous bacteria. After sowing, set up a circular shelf on the bacteria bed, and cover it with plastic film and straw curtain. The first 3-4 days, for hyphae recovery and planting period, to heat preservation, moisture mainly, to cover tightly plastic film, if the temperature in the bacteria bed exceeds 25℃, can be opened in the morning and evening at both ends of the film ventilation cooling. 5-7 After days, proper ventilation should be carried out to reduce the moisture content of the material surface and promote the growth of mycelium into the material layer. When hyphae grow to half of the material thickness, ventilation can be increased to make hyphae grow to the deep layer of the material as soon as possible, the material surface is dry, and the growing hyphae have strong vitality and sturdiness. After about 20 days, hypha grew through culture medium, ventilation and light should be strengthened, and water should be sprayed appropriately to promote rapid formation of fruiting body. Management mainly through the film and straw curtain, and appropriate water spray, adjust water, heat, gas, light and other conditions to meet the good growth of mushrooms, when the mushroom fully grown to maturity can be harvested.
