Dormancy method: mushrooms after harvest placed indoors above 25℃ for 3~5 hours, so that its vigorous respiration, and then placed in the cold storage at about 0℃ for about 2 hours, at about 20℃ under the condition of preservation period of about 5 days.

Retarder method: soak in 0.1% plant growth retardant b9 aqueous solution for 10 minutes, take out, drain, bag and seal, and keep fresh for more than 15 days.

Controlled atmosphere bag method: fresh mushrooms are stored in controlled atmosphere bags containing 1%~2% oxygen, 40% carbon dioxide and 58%~59% nitrogen. They can be kept fresh for about 8 days at 20℃.

Calcium ion method: Dissolve calcium chloride in clear water to prepare 0.05%~0.10% aqueous solution, collect the fresh mushroom base neat, stand upright in calcium ion aqueous solution for 2~4 hours, wash and drain with clear water, can keep fresh for 5~8 days without deterioration.

Salt water method: immerse fresh mushrooms in 0.6% salt water for about 10 minutes, drain and put them into plastic bags for storage. Under the condition of 10~25℃, after 4~6 hours, fresh mushrooms turn bright white and can be kept fresh for 3~5 days.

Alkaline solution method: soda ash, caustic soda or baking soda dissolved in water, and then the edible fungi soaked in 3 to 5 hours after washing with clean water drained, bagged preservation.

Irradiation treatment: Irradiation at 60℃, radiation dose 5~10 rad, storage at 0℃, the color, smell and texture of fresh mushroom can be kept unchanged for 7~10 days.

Ascorbic acid method: After picking edible fungi, spray 0.1% ascorbic acid solution, put into non-iron containers, can be kept fresh for 3~5 days, its freshness, color basically unchanged.

Sodium benzoate method: sodium benzoate is an ideal preservative, with 0.1% sodium benzoate treatment of edible fungi, and then vacuum packaging, preservation effect is very ideal.

Sodium pyrosulfite method: White mushroom body sprayed with 0.15% sodium pyrosulfite aqueous solution, can be stored at 15~20℃ for 8~15 days.
