Pleurotus ostreatus, Phoebe henryi mushroom and other edible fungi are common foods in daily life, crisp taste, rich nutrition, favored by consumers, with high planting value. In order to enhance the aftereffect of fruiting and improve the yield and benefit of edible fungi planting, fertilizer and topdressing will be applied to edible fungi in the late stage of fruiting. However, if fertilization is improper, it is easy to backfire, therefore, it is very important to master the fertilization and topdressing technology of edible fungi. One of the most important is to master the "two appropriate two must." The key points of fertilization and topdressing management of edible fungi are described as follows.

1. The method of addition should be appropriate

There are usually three ways to add nutrient solution: spraying, soaking and irrigation. The suitable time of spraying nutrient solution was when the fruiting body appeared in large quantity. Spraying should pay attention to the nozzle is not facing the fruit body, at the same time pay attention to the "four do not spray": young mushroom bud does not spray, so as not to "swollen death"; just picked mushrooms or mushroom residues do not spray, so as not to cause bacterial diseases; air humidity is too high when not spray; mushroom shed (room) serious pests do not spray.

Soaking method is mainly used for bag cultivation of edible fungi. After harvesting 1-2 mushrooms, if the cultivation bag is in a serious water shortage state, it can be soaked in the prepared nutrient solution until it returns to its original weight. The method of adding nutrient solution by soaking is generally to put the bacteria bag into the nutrient solution pool and press heavy objects, and the soaking time should not be too long. If the bacteria bag loses too much water, it can be soaked several times. Point irrigation method is mainly used in the fungus bed, when the fungus bed more mushrooms, water and nutrient consumption is too large can be used this method. The specific method is to drill holes in the bacterial bed according to the hole spacing of 10 cm, flood the prepared nutrient solution to the bacterial bed, and cover the soil after adding the nutrient solution.

Second, the added concentration should be appropriate

When the concentration of nutrient solution is too high, it is not only difficult for mycelium to absorb, but also hinders or even damages the growth of mycelium; when the concentration is too low, it cannot achieve the goal of high yield. The concentration of nutrient solution should be determined according to the moisture content of culture medium: if the moisture content of culture medium is high, the concentration of nutrient solution should be increased, the water consumption should be reduced, and the ventilation should be increased after addition; otherwise, the concentration of nutrient solution should be reduced and the water consumption should be increased.

III. Nutrient solution nutrients should be comprehensive

Several nutrient solutions should be used alternately frequently, so that the nutrients required for the growth of the sub-entity will be comprehensive and reasonable. If hormones are used to stimulate the growth of edible fungi, they should be supplemented with nutrient solution before proceeding.

Fourth, pay attention to environmental changes

When the temperature is above 20℃, it is difficult for hyphae to form high quality fruit bodies, except for high temperature edible fungi varieties, no nutrient solution can be added. If the culture medium has been contaminated by foreign bacteria, be sure to remove foreign bacteria before adding nutrient solution. In order to prevent contamination by miscellaneous bacteria, a certain amount of bacteriostatic agents can be added at the same time as adding nutrient solution to prevent the breeding and spread of miscellaneous bacteria.
