The temperature of the water should be consistent with the temperature of the mushroom shed as much as possible. Do not use cold water. Do not spray water on the primordium and mushroom buds, it is best to use a sprayer to replenish the water, and the nozzle is sprayed upward to the space to humidify. After rehydration, if there are water droplets on the mushroom body, it should be ventilated and removed.

Replenishing water with bacteria bag is an important measure to increase production, which is mainly used to cultivate edible fungi with a long period. It should be noted that: (1) Lentinus edodes and other color conversion is completed, before the emergence of mushrooms, it is necessary to replenish water to about 65% of the water content of the culture material. (2) when most edible fungi are replenished after one or two tide mushrooms are produced, they should first raise the bacteria and then replenish the water, and the amount of water should be controlled at 80% to 90% of the weight of the original bag. (3) it is not suitable to replenish water when the mycelium is sparse, the growth is weak, the temperature is lower than 5 ℃ or there are diseases and insect pests in the material. (4) after replenishing water, nutrients can be supplemented at the same time, such as urea, sugar, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and so on.
