Preservation method of edible fungus and aeration method of edible mushroom bag
One is the ventilation plug method. Wheat straw, cotton wool, sunflower stalk, corncob and so on are used as materials to form a ventilation plug at both ends of the bacterial bag. It should be noted that wheat and sunflower stalks should be cut into 3 cm long segments; cotton wool should be folded into cotton stalks with stubble at one end; and corncobs should be crushed into bean kernels and wrapped in newspapers. The size of the plug depends on the size of the bacterial bag, large bags with large plugs, small bags with small plugs; also depends on the germ temperature, when the germ temperature is low, the plug can be smaller, and vice versa.
The second is the ring method. Can buy horn mouth ring, wrap the bag with cotton plug, if you can't buy the horn mouth ring, you can also make it with plastic packing tape (cut into segments and welded with soldering iron), seal with Kraft paper and rubber band for external use. Note that the ring should be firmly secured to prevent it from falling off.
The third is the ventilation hole method. Use a sewing machine needle to pierce a row of holes 6 cm from the mouth of the bag, about 1 cm apart. Just sow the bacteria in the hole when loading. Do not pierce too many holes, and be careful not to operate the bacterial bag when piercing the hole, otherwise the bacterial bag is easy to crack in the process of loading.
The fourth is the method of ventilation hole. With a tapered stick with a thumb thick, make 3 6 cm deep holes in a triangle at both ends of the bag, then drill a hole horizontally in the middle sowing place, and place the bag into a sterilized indoor germ.
