First, we should pay attention to the supplementary methods:

The methods of supplying nutrition to edible fungi are spraying, perfusion and soaking. The most commonly used method is to prepare a certain concentration of nutrient solution, combined with supplementary water to spray on the bacterial bed and bacterial block. When spraying in the bud stage, pay attention to spray the nutrient solution in the place where there is no mushroom or near the small mushroom bud, and wash the fruiting body with clean water after spraying. Spraying nutrient solution is best carried out at low tide, and the bacterial clump, stick and basswood can also be supplemented by soaking method, that is, it can be taken out after being absorbed in the prepared nutrient solution, usually after each tide mushroom harvest is over. The filling method can also be used on the bacterial bed, that is, the covering soil of the mushroom bed is removed, the funnel is inserted into the culture material, and then covered with nutrient solution. Generally speaking, the distance of infusion points should be 15 cm, and each point should be filled with about 5 ml of nutrient solution.

Second, we should pay attention to balance and supplement:

When replenishing nutrients, attention should be paid to alternately replenishing or mixing different nutrient solutions, so as to maintain nutrient balance as far as possible to meet the needs of edible fungi for different nutrients. If one of these nutrients is supplemented for a long time, it will be difficult to achieve the expected yield-increasing effect. On the mushroom bed, the nutrient solution with added nutrition should be applied first, and then the highly efficient nutrient agent should be applied, which is beneficial to the growth of fruiting body. If the hormone method is used to stimulate the growth of edible fungi, hormones should be used after supplements.

Third, we should pay attention to the appropriate amount of supplement:

If the amount of nutrient solution is excessive at one time, it will make the culture material too wet, on the contrary, it will be extremely disadvantageous to the growth of mycelium. Therefore, when replenishing, we should look at the proper application of the humidity of the cultivation material. If the humidity of the culture medium is high, we should appropriately increase the concentration of the nutrient solution, reduce water consumption, and increase ventilation to dissipate moisture after application.

Fourth, pay attention to the environment:

Generally, when the temperature is higher than 20 ℃, it is difficult for mushroom hyphae to form fruiting bodies, so rehydration should be stopped. Glucose solution, soybean milk, human feces and urine should not be applied when the temperature is higher than 8 ℃. If the bacterial bed (block) has been infected with miscellaneous bacteria, it must be cured before rehydration.
