1, site selection and mushroom shed construction specifications: the mushroom shed site should be selected in the open space with strong moisture retention, ventilation, no ants, convenient transportation and close to the water source; the regular mushroom shed is 330 square meters per shed, that is, the specification is 9.5 meters × 12 meters. Build four cultivation racks, two in the middle, six in the middle, and five on the side shelf, each with a specification of 1.5 meters × 10 meters.

2. Material preparation: each mushroom shed needs 1000 kg of rice straw or sugarcane leaves, 3000 kg of bagasse, 3000 kg of cow dung, 500kg of sawdust, 80kg of urea, 100kg of calcium, 50kg of calcium magnesium phosphorus, 300kg of gypsum powder, 100kg of lime powder, more than 300kg of bamboo and about 70kg of iron wire.

3, stacking materials: put the grass cut into 40 meters and 60 centimeters on one layer, sprinkle gypsum powder and urea on the grass, then put a layer of dung, sprinkle calcium superphosphate and calcium magnesium phosphorus on the feces, and then sprinkle bagasse on it. In this way, there are generally 7 layers of grass and 6 layers of dung. After 4 days of fermentation, the stack is turned to make the pile mix evenly and promote the fermentation, and the material can be moved into the bed 3 days after turning.

4. Secondary fermentation: the feed into the bed was carried out at a controlled temperature in the shed, heated to 60-62 ℃ for 20 hours, cooled to 48-45 ℃ for 6 days, and then cooled to 45 ℃-30 ℃.

5. Turning and sowing: the culture material of secondary fermentation can be sowed after leveling, loosening, dry and wet adjustment, and the sowing wheat bacteria are carried out layer by layer according to the method of multiple sowing in the bottom layer and less sowing in the upper layer.

6. Management: during the mycelium growth period after sowing, the sealing of the mushroom shed should be strengthened and the darkness should be kept. About 20 days later, when the mycelium grows to the end, the soil will cover 44.5 cm. During the mushroom growth period, keep the temperature 18-25 ℃, strengthen ventilation, keep the air in the shed fresh, and have enough scattered sunlight into the shed.

7. Timely harvest; the picking time of Agaricus blazei Murrill directly affects the yield and commercial value of mushrooms, early picking affects the yield, too late affects the quality, and can be harvested when the fruiting body is about to leave without leaving the stalk.
