Identification of Diseases of Edible Fungi and how to propagate Cymbidium rapidly
Sowing and propagation of gentleman orchid seedlings
① sowing method. In the sowing pot, first put the horse dung soil cooked by human 1 beat 3, and cover with 2 beat 3 clean river sand, then put the seeds that have been scalded in 30-40 ℃ constant temperature water for 12-24 hours on top, and then cover a thin layer of sterilized river sand. After sowing, put the pot on the hot Kang or electric mattress with bottom temperature, and the bottom temperature should be kept at 20-30 ℃. Too high or too low is not conducive to seed germination. Using this method to raise seedlings and germinate quickly, radicles can grow in about 3 days, while conventional propagation takes 25-30 days.
② tissue culture method. In this method, the seeds of milk stage were used as materials, after routine disinfection and sterilization, different organs were induced to produce calli under certain temperature and light conditions, and the calli were inoculated on the medium supplemented with hormones to produce new plants. Through this method, a large number of excellent varieties can be propagated in a short period of time, and it is a good method for rapid propagation of Cymbidium.
