Select excellent bacteria: the strains with high purity, appropriate bacteria age, exuberant vitality and no miscellaneous bacteria pollution should be selected in production.

Prepare suitable culture materials: as most edible fungi like the acidic environment, properly lowering the PH value of the culture materials can inhibit the reproduction of miscellaneous bacteria. In the medium containing starch and soluble sugar such as wheat bran and rice bran, miscellaneous bacteria are easy to survive.

Improve the inoculation method: when using raw materials to cultivate edible fungi, increase the inoculation amount by 5% to 10%, and inoculate the strain's 2max 3 on and around the covering material surface, which is beneficial for the hyphae to occupy the surface layer of the culture medium as soon as possible and improve the ability to resist miscellaneous bacteria.

To create suitable environmental conditions: in the process of edible fungus cultivation, the appropriate cooling culture method can be adopted according to the characteristics that most strains (except straw mushroom) require lower temperature, and most of the miscellaneous bacteria like high temperature.
