How does the flower grow better?
The flowers of Dendrobium are very beautiful, which is a kind of flower plant that many potted friends like to plant. Every potted Dendrobium blossom season, we will take good care of it carefully. Not only that, even the usual maintenance and management, should not be careless, mainly to wait for it to bloom a beautiful moment.
But sometimes before Dendrobium orchid draws arrows, many people are already in a hurry. In fact, we do not have to spoil it in this way, because sometimes we deliberately "create difficulties" and "poison" on it, which is good for its growth and flowering. However, for its man-made "difficulties" and "tea poison", we should cool it down in time and let it freeze. So, how can Dendrobium grow and blossom better?
As we all know, for many flowers and plants, in order to improve the quality of flowering, increase the number of flowering, prolong the flowering period, it is often necessary to properly adjust the temperature. After a large temperature difference, the plant can make its flowering effect better. This method is also suitable for Dendrobium. Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate it at night, set the temperature at about 13 °C, and then take it out for normal maintenance during the day.
In this process, it is appropriate to maintain a temperature difference of about 15 °C during the day and night. As long as we persist for a period of time, Dendrobium can not only produce high-quality flowers, but also have more flowers. And after the stimulation of temperature difference, Dendrobium will soon produce a large number of flower arrows.
But before flowering, including when growing pedicels, we should apply adequate phosphorus and potassium fertilizer for them. After all, flowering needs a lot of nutrients as support, especially a large number of high-quality flowers, but also need to prepare sufficient nutrients in advance. Take potassium dihydrogen phosphate as an example, this is a good flower-promoting fertilizer, and its catalytic effect is very obvious. It can be used twice a month. This is very good for promoting the growth and flowering of Dendrobium. It can be seen that if you want Dendrobium to blossom better, the temperature difference is very important.
But what we need to pay attention to is that when we bloom, we should stop topdressing immediately, and Dendrobium also likes the wet growth environment, and the drought tolerance is relatively poor, so in addition to normal watering, we should also spray more water to maintain air humidity. This can prevent the leaves from yellowing and promote the flowering of the plant.
