The project of millions of students visiting the Imperial Palace started in Chiayi County.
Following the success of 190000 students visiting the museum last year, the southern courtyard of the Imperial Palace continues to promote the "millions of students to visit the Imperial Palace" project this year, offering at least 500 free shuttle buses, special guided tours and cultural experience courses. More than 20, 000 students are expected to benefit from the project.
Weng Zhangliang, head of Chiayi County, Wu Micha, director of the Imperial Palace, and other guests participated in the press conference launched on May 27 on the project "millions of students visit the Imperial Palace." Weng Zhangliang, the county magistrate, received a ticket card to and from the south courtyard of the Imperial Palace from Wu Micha, president of the Imperial Palace, symbolizing the official launch of the special cultural experience and education car for the Youyou Museum. Together with a number of students, the DIY experience courses of "rubbing handmade picture frame" and "hand-created exclusive commemorative badge" were held together with a number of students.
The southern courtyard of the Imperial Palace said that in addition to Jiaxian City, schools at all levels in Taichung, Changhua County, Yunlin County, Tainan City and Kaohsiung City are also welcome to apply.
