First, do not rush to change the basin

Second, there are bare roots to cover the soil.

If we buy camellias and find some roots exposed on the basin, we should cover them with a layer of soil in time until all the bare roots are covered under the soil layer. In this way, the plant can better absorb nutrients and water from the soil.

Third, remove the flower-blocking leaves

And if there are more buds of potted camellias, we have to remove some of them properly. Generally speaking, a few more buds can be retained at the top of the plant, but not too many at the bottom of the plant. But you also need to remove the leaves that block the bud.
