Cherry blossoms can be potted. Potted cherry blossoms adopt the following measures to make them blossom and flourish.
1. Sowing, cutting and grafting are the main breeding methods. The cherry blossoms should be propagated by sowing, and the seed embryos should not be dried. They should be sowed in the spring the following year after picking and sowing or wet sand accumulation.
2. The seedlings of cherry and mountain cherry can be used as rootstocks for grafting propagation. Cut in late March or bud in late August, after 3 to 4 years of cultivation, it can be planted in the nursery.
3. When planting, 1525kg of rotten compost was applied in each pit, and 1kg of ammonium sulfate was applied to each plant in July.
4. After flowering and before sprouting in early spring, it is necessary to cut off dead branches, diseased and weak branches, and avoid pruning coarse branches as far as possible, so as to keep the crown complete.
