Planting method of Orchid Bonsai
"No one knows Lansheng's secluded valley, and the guest Dongxuan leaves my fragrance; I know that Qingfen can relieve filth, and even more pity the fine leaves for the frost; the root Yimi Shi Qiufang is early, and Cong Yixiu Yun is shaded in the afternoon; when I want to send him to the hall of Wu, Chu ci chapter is common in front of me." Chinese orchid has been known as "king fragrance" since ancient times, its fragrance is quiet and refined, drifting, if nothing, refreshing. Occasionally a fresh fragrance strikes, which can make people relaxed and refreshed, refreshing and open, so in ancient times there is a legend that orchid incense can give birth to disease. The magical fragrance of Chinese orchids is unmatched by any other flower in the world.
The elegant and unrestrained appearance of the leaves of orchids has always been the source of inspiration for poets and painters. Its soft drooping leaves, delicate and graceful; its oblique leaves, elegant free and easy; its oblique leaves, strong and soft; its upright leaves, vigorous and vigorous. Those colorful Ye Yilan are even more gorgeous and charming. No wonder there is a poem praising the day: "weeping dew light is disordered, including wind shadow tilting, laity people understand this, watching leaves is better than watching flowers." Orchids have endless changes in shape and posture, some like lotus, some like plum blossom, some like chrysanthemum, some like peony, and some like pine bamboo. It is really all-inclusive, countless, as if gathered the soul of flowers, from the orchid can be found in the epitome of flowers.
Orchids that have just been bought from a florist or dug up from the mountains should be cultivated in earthen pots for 1-2 years to make plants adapt to the new environment. Only after they have grown healthily can they make bonsai in fine pots. Bonsai basins are rectangular, oval, round, long octagonal and fan-shaped. Commonly used medium-depth purple sand basin, such as the bowl is too deep, the bonsai artistic conception is not beautiful; the bowl is too shallow, maintenance is more difficult.
Orchid planting is usually carried out from March to April. After deducting the orchid from the pot, first cut off the old root and rotten root, and then combine with planting to split. To choose several plants with different height and length of leaves to be planted at one end of the pot, the root connection should be an unequilateral triangle, not planted in a straight line, otherwise it will appear rigid.
When planting orchids, the neutral or slightly acidic soil with large amount of humus, loose and good drainage (pH value 5.5-7.o) is the best. You can use three portions of peat soil, one part of sandy soil, or humus with an appropriate amount of fermented sawdust and cow dung, mix evenly, or you can buy special soil for orchids. Basic fertilizer is generally not applied when planting.
