These days, although it is the beginning of spring, but the cold in late spring has cooled to the bone. Looking at the budding buttercups, I look forward to … A lot of people who saw my picture asked me: your buttercup is so luxuriant. What kind of pot? How do you fertilize it?

I am a gallon, a claw, budding and put in, the medium is: peat, fine river sand, vermiculite, perlite. There was almost no fertilization in the early stage. Only in early February, basically every semimonthly sprinkler irrigation will be prosperous, when there is a bud at the beginning of March, it will blossom and spray leaf surface to promote bud differentiation!

Here, I would like to share my experience of growing buttercups for the first time. Before touching it, I can be said to be a complete stranger to it, only from the introduction of flower friends, the flowers are good-looking, so I bought 12 colors of claws together with several friends in the group. I can't remember the exact price, but it shouldn't be more than 3 yuan per claw.

On March 13, buttercups were planted:

The sprouting was carried out during the National Day holiday in October, when the temperature was about 25 degrees. First soak in diluted potassium permanganate for an hour, then remove it and dry it on a paper towel for about 12 hours.

Next, soak for about half an hour, remove and dry for about 8 hours. Because I intend to sprout the water moss, so the water moss is also soaked with potassium permanganate for the same purpose, disinfection. I forgot to take the picture here. I prepared a cup and a claw soaked like this, which is basically like the picture below.

Then, put the paw on the drained water, but still on the wet water moss, that is, begin to sprout at room temperature. This is the state after 10 days, basically appeared roots and small buds.

Here, I would like to say to my anxious friends that the differentiation period of claws is different, just like my 12, there are both long and short … In a short period of about 7 days, the roots and small buds were seen. Slow, I waited 20 days to see you.

But anyway, it all took root and sprouted.

When the basic root system, the small bud looks vigorous, that is, it can be planted. As mentioned earlier, I am a gallon, a claw, the medium is: peat, fine river sand, vermiculite, perlite. The picture below shows that after 25 days of planting, several trees have fallen leaves, and some are still hiding from cats.

This is the way it is. Because it is mainly raised by dew, it is only moved to the sunshine room in those days when it is a few degrees below zero. The rest are exposed to the wind and rain on the patio. In this way, slowly cooking, slowly waiting, looking forward to the moment of blooming ~ more than, if there is something wrong, welcome to pat the bricks, there will be a florescence management chapter of Ranunculus. Hope to make progress together, only for the most beautiful scenery in my heart!

At the beginning of April, the temperature was moderate, the drizzle was continuous, and the fertilizer given in the early stage was harvested at this time. The flowers are in full bloom, clusters and clumps. Delicate and strong, independent and straight. Because it is the flowering period of buttercup, since it has been given the title of foreign peony, it does not live up to the name, does not be in full bloom, and gives me the most beautiful terrace. The buttercup at this time is just beautiful!

Buttercup is a fertilizer-loving flower, which can be fertilized every other week. I usually apply fertilizer alternately between rice water and flowers. During flowering, there is a greater demand for water, which can be watered every 2-3 days. The symptoms of water shortage are easy to judge: the leaves and flower bracts droop, and the pot soil is taken lightly. So, you need to water it. Watering thoroughly is the best!

The pots should be spaced as far as possible between the pots to give ventilation. Avoid causing excessive growth and poor ventilation. Yellow leaves and diseased leaves should also be picked in time!

The management of flowering period can be summed up as follows: applying fertilizer frequently and thinly, supplying water in time, picking diseased yellow leaves in time, and paying attention to insect pests.

It rained heavily during the Qingming Festival. After several days of continuous rain, I got up early today to take advantage of the rain and dew to take care of the buttercups in full bloom. Looking at the withered petals after the rain, really should be this sentence "a room of prosperity, but also can not hide from the desolation after the rain." But it is this desolate beauty that shows the pain of pitiful incense and cherishing jade.

Hold a bunch of flowers in hand, keep a relationship, and wish to spend a period of time in your prime. Sigh the rings of the years, but enjoy the growth brought by the years, life is like a flower, a flower is like life. It is true that the flowers bloom and must be folded, but do not wait for the branches to break empty without flowers.

Ranunculus is often propagated by bulbs, and the flesh root is very easy to rot. The seed bulb of Ranunculus Ranunculus is dried during storage. If it absorbs water quickly during budding, most of the bulbs will rot. At the same time, if the temperature of the bulb is too high, it is safest to absorb water at low temperature, so it must be slowly absorbed below 5 ℃. At this time, you can borrow a powerful refrigerator with many uses to refrigerate. If you plant it in mid to late November, you don't need to put it in the refrigerator.

How to pan-root? First of all, prepare transparent plastic containers (mineral water bottles can be cut to observe the inside), large perlite or sand. Cover the container with 1-2 cm thick perlite (or sand), place the buttercup claws down on the perlite, and then cover it with a layer of perlite until the buttercup is completely covered with light. Finally, spray water from the top with a spray can, wet the perlite and buttercup, and don't soak the water under the container into the buttercup's claws. Generally after 7 days, the root system is full, and the small whisker root can be dug out after growing, and then taken out for pseudo-planting. Put sand in the basin and bury the root of the buttercup with its claws facing down. Bury it just enough to cover the top of the ball, pour it thoroughly, wait until it has sprouted, and then transplant it into the basin. Do not water it during this germination period, but slowly let it absorb water from the soil until it expands, otherwise it is easy to rot. During this period, it should not be exposed to direct sunlight.

18 cm diameter flowerpot can be planted into 3-5 fibrous roots (small claws), planting cover soil should not be too thick. Put a well-ventilated semi-shade after planting to keep the pot soil moist and not to water too much to prevent rotting roots.

Do you think it's kind of troublesome? Dou Ma also checked Yu more and more timid, but the ball root has been bought, everything is too late (laugh and cry) …... Ah, what a painful understanding. Think of it as challenging yourself!
