Through the analysis of the above aspects, the most suitable environmental temperature for planting honeysuckle should be kept between 16 °C and 20 °C, and this temperature can be met in spring and autumn, of course, because of its outstanding cold resistance. Winter can also be carried out. In other words, from November of the previous year to late March of the next year, it is often more suitable to plant honeysuckle.

But at the same time, we also need to note that as the temperature in the south of China is generally higher than that in the north, summer comes earlier, while winter comes relatively late. Therefore, if planted in the south, it is generally better to do it in late autumn or early winter. In the northern region, because the temperature warms up relatively late, spring comes later, so it is suggested that it should be planted in February-March of spring.
