Agaricus bisporus, also known as white mushroom, is the world's highest yield, consumption of a kind of edible fungi, China's cultivation mainly for export, and with the increase in domestic consumption, market prospects are good. In addition, Agaricus bisporus has high nutritional value and health care function, the market demand is large, and the investment is small, the effect is quick, the following together with Xiaobian to understand how Agaricus bisporus is cultivated.

1. Mushroom shed management

Mushroom shed had better be built in flat terrain, sufficient water, but also away from warehouses, chemical plants and other places, sitting north to south, conducive to winter warming. Mushroom shed temperature is too high or too low, too much water content, water seepage and other factors, the party will not lead to mushrooms, so the mushroom shed pressure to set up ventilation holes, all doors, holes must have door leaves, so that the opening can be ventilated, closed can be closed, in order to control the temperature and humidity, at the same time the door, holes should be installed with gauze, so as not to fly into. Cover the top of the shed with a layer of black film, spread a layer of 30 cm straw, and cover a layer of film, which is conducive to heat preservation.

2. Raw material formula

Agaricus bisporus cultivation raw materials are mainly straw and cow dung, cow dung to dry cow dung is good, take one square meter as an example, generally with dry straw 1300 kg, dry cow dung 500 kg, dry chicken manure 350 kg, urea 17.5 kg, cake fertilizer 75 kg, phosphate fertilizer 25 kg, lime 17.5 kg, gypsum 17.5 kg ratio as a formula, then the pH value of the culture medium is about 7.5-8. or 500kg of dried straw, 1250kg of dried cow dung, 1250kg of dried chicken manure, 40kg of phosphate fertilizer, 40kg of calcium carbonate and 50kg of lime are used as the formula, and the pH value is also about 7.5-8.

3, heap fermentation

Firstly, the straws are soaked in water in batches, stirred while soaking, so that they absorb water fully, and then stacked in layers. After pre-stacking, there will be water abortion. On the third day after pre-wetting, the pre-wetted straws are paved with a layer of lime powder, sprayed with water, sprayed with urea and lime powder, and then paved with a layer of straw, and so on until the pre-stacking is completed. Before piling, cow dung, chicken manure and fertilizer are crushed and mixed evenly, and then pre-wetted with low concentration lime and kneaded into lumps, and then phosphate fertilizer, gypsum and lime are crushed and mixed evenly, and then scattered on the surface of cattle and chicken manure, and covered with plastic film after mixing evenly. Fermentation is carried out on the fifth day of straw pre-stacking, spreading straw on the ground, spreading a layer of cow dung and chicken manure mixture on the surface, and so on until the stack is completed. finally spraying water to turn over the pile, measuring the pH value and preparing a proper culture medium, wherein the water content of the culture medium is about 64 percent, the pH value is 7.5-8, the culture medium has no sour smell and special fragrance.

4. Sowing

When sowing, the seed container, inoculation base and operator's hands shall be disinfected with alcohol. First, half of the seed shall be evenly spread on the material surface, and then the finger shall be inserted into the material to slightly suppress it, so that the seed shall evenly fall into the material surface 3-5, and then the remaining half of the seed shall be evenly spread on the material surface. After sowing, the temperature should be kept at 22-25 ℃ and the relative humidity of air should be 75%. The ventilation holes should be closed in time within one week of sowing to allow the strains to germinate and eat as soon as possible. After one week, the mycelium grows normally, so that normal ventilation can be carried out.
