Yesterday (18), the "Mango Green Land Reclamation Festival" organized by the Center for Humanities and Social Sciences of Chengchi University, with the theme of "Xie Shuli Fertilizer after Mutual Symbiosis of ─ with Big trees" (figure 1), invited Lin from a vice president (figure 2), teachers and students and community residents to participate in planting deciduous leaf composting materials on the university campus to create a demonstration of sustainable recycling resources and at the same time reduce waste transportation and carbon emissions from incineration.

At this point, we are done. The operation scope of Hugelkultur can be as large as in the land such as mango green land, or as small as on the residential balcony, as long as the use of simple existing materials, you can easily add ecological features to the city.

Conclusion

This time, the site was chosen among the big trees, on the one hand, because the moon peach is a half-sunlit plant, and on the other hand, it is hoped that through the production of this "fertilizer factory," the symbiotic bacteria of the original tree roots can be extended to absorb nutrients, and then attract roundworms, nematodes, earthworms, roads, squirrels and other soil microorganisms to form a food chain, and put nitrogen fertilizer side by side as planting nutrients. Soil microbes can also soften the soil, which is an indispensable good helper for planting.

After this planting, because of its own water conservation design, it only needs to be watered once a week, and there is no need for additional fertilization, only occasional replenishment of natural dead branches and leaves. On the other hand, perennial plants such as moon peaches need to wait for half a year to one year before they gradually grow and thrive, and then they can be made for multi-purpose uses such as pure dew, wrapped rice dumplings, ropes and so on. Chengda's creation of mango green land in the center of the capital can not only bring closer the relationship between man and man, man and nature, but also an excellent field of "food farmer education" and "cross-disciplinary learning". Look forward to continuous hard work to create a demonstration base of symbiosis and co-prosperity with the land.
