There is a positive and negative society. in those days, people did not grasp the key to the development of life until they left the place. and now we rethink, we should reconnect the experience of life, identify with and connect with the place where we started, as a kind of social reflection. The tear that will be separated from the land, by these people with ideals and expectations, will once again soothe the emptiness and helplessness of the Taiwanese towards the times.

When he returned to the place to start his business, he created a piece of medicine that tore apart the pain of generations of society, to achieve a Taiwan connotation that needs to be continuously constructed.

I would like to warn the parents of the Mesozoic generation in Taiwan, how long have we not listened to the past? Listen to the present?

Alone? lonely? The poverty of modern people often creates an inexplicable sense of loneliness, but this situation seldom listens to the voices around us, even lacks the context of our own life, and becomes a kind of fear. Fear often arises in places we are both familiar and unfamiliar with, even discrimination, with a kind of frontier imagination.

Every time I talked to the elders of the community, I was inexplicably moved. When I was a child, I wandered through the small town of Qishan, my hometown, and liked to hear them tell their life stories at that time. Some tell the story of their ancestors' journey from the city of Tainan to Qishan across the evil land; some ancestors saw the personnel changes in Qishan from the changes in local place names and temples; others epitomized the impact of the struggle of Taiwan's political power on agriculture, or some remembered the general story of the banana king and remembered the prosperity of the banana industry.

Listening to the stories of these rural areas at that time could not attract the interest of future generations. In interviews, I often looked at the young people sitting in the corner of the home, looking down on their mobile phones, occasionally showing a blank look. I don't understand that these things of the past should be depressed but are read in the mouth of the older generation, but it seems that such listening can not only be known, but also have a chance to touch it.

The first thing to do when you return to the local business, please face up to the fact that you have left the local life.

Affected by the image of globalization, many grafted life culture, accept the trend of thought but have not yet completed the life, so that people do not fit in with their own place, unable to see the real society they face. From a summer life plan, when young people are allowed to arrange a holiday in their hometown, they can see a state of study in which they do not know how to arrange or how to control their time. Apart from everything arranged by their parents, they are bored in the fields and boring in the river. As soon as they come to an unfamiliar environment, they clamor to go home, and the content of life is a lack of independent exploration. Where our young people go, there is no impression of life, only the information from school, home and the screen, everything else has nothing to do with life, virtual and real things bring into their own life experience.

Learn science, re-use local streams, create a natural dialogue to settle down, use language to connect local imaginations of each other with international exchanges, and use business to create the taste of a place. Finding all kinds of life that we are far away from has become the needs and expectations of society. To face up to a life out of place, it takes time to face up to the people, things, and things that separate you, to repair your relationship with these fields, and to address the fear of your lack of life and increase your courage to yourself.

Learn from the life you already have, and cultivate the courage and ability to bear the land.

Back to the localities, the most important thing for young talents is that their work is inclusive. The early countryside is the epitome of a big society. Since modern times, it has accumulated the appearance of different industries and lived in the countryside, while various fields have been unable to keep up with the needs of society with the industrial transformation and social changes. Some are not in line with mechanized mass production, such as: iron shops, fashion shops, weaving industry, basic food, and some are with the decline of the industry, such as: agricultural machinery shops, seal shops. There is also no access or chain enterprises gradually compressed market, such as: watch shop, rice store, grocery store and so on.

Among them, young people with their own sensitivity of the times to re-recognize the situation of these industries, is to first comprehensively discuss the horizontal possibility of these industries.

Because rural work is integrated, coupled with Taiwan's intensive agriculture, it is normal for farmers to hold multiple jobs, and diversified part-time and professional jobs are also common in rural areas. at present, although the government does not have much protection for part-time work, part-time workers are the main axis in rural areas, and part-time jobs are common in rural areas. There is an opportunity to slowly develop industries with normal income and make up for deficiencies from part-time jobs, but it requires the courage to be positioned, whether it is the industry or the participants in the heart, the positioning is changing each other.

Work starts from the local economy and is a problem-solving cycle.

The economy of local creation is a continuous cycle of employment, procurement, operation and consumption, while working locally is a continuous problem-solving process. This road of local operation can also be more possible, proving that different people returning to local business from various angles can continue to bring about the transformation of their hometown, and it is also certain that when you return to local business, please let the place define your life.
