Pleurotus eryngii is a common delicious edible fungus, which can often be seen on people's dinner table. It is a daily consumable mushroom, which is loved by people in the market. If you want to grow it, you can earn good economic benefits. You must learn to plant on your own, please pay attention to the following content to understand.

1. Planting time

Pleurotus eryngii is a low-temperature mushroom, which can be planted in the north except in summer, but in the south, it is usually in winter, and it is best to start cultivation in November. Other areas can be planted according to the actual situation. However, now many of them are cultivated in facilities, and the temperature can be controlled automatically, so they can be planted at any time.

2. Seed production and inoculation

Usually use a test tube, put the culture medium disinfection solution into the test tube, tilt to prevent, cool into a bevel before starting inoculation. It usually grows full in a week. Then make the culture material, generally using wheat bran and cottonseed shell gypsum powder, a small amount of sugar. Sprinkle some water and mix it together, then sprinkle some chemicals and crush it over and over again to keep 70% moisture. Then it is bagged and packed into a long bag, and then all the bags are cooked overnight in a high-temperature cooking boiler. After the cold, you can be vaccinated and planted.

3. Mushroom production

Pile the bacterial bags in a clean and moist greenhouse, sprinkle water once a day to maintain 80% air humidity, and then adjust the temperature to 15 to 20 degrees to promote mushroom production. The growth of young mushrooms in the bag is blocked after forming a fruiting body, so you can artificially break a small hole to let it drill out of the bag or untie the mouth of the bag at both ends. During the development of young mushrooms, water was sprayed regularly every day to increase the humidity to 80% to promote the growth and maturity of young mushroom fruiting bodies. It takes about half a month for the fruiting body of Pleurotus eryngii to mature.

The complete planting method is the content mentioned above, so as long as I follow this operating procedure to grow high-quality mushrooms, there should be no problem. Well, I believe the planting method mentioned above should be no problem for everyone.
