Soybean is very adaptable to the environment, very easy to plant, and the survival rate of planting is very high. Planting soybeans naturally wants high yield and good quality of soybeans, so we need to master the correct planting technology. So do you know what problems you need to pay attention to when planting soybeans? Let's take a look at the precautions for soybean planting together with Xiaobian.

1. Time

We still need to pay attention to the time of soybean planting. The planting time of soybeans in northern China is generally from the end of April to the middle of May every year, while soybeans in the south are generally planted from the end of March to the first ten days of April every year. However, some areas can grow several seasons of soybeans a year, that is, from January to May of each year, but this generally applies only to areas with relatively mild climates throughout the year.

2. Density

Planting density has great influence on soybean growth, yield and quality. Different planting areas have different fertility levels, different terrains, and different soybean varieties are planted, so the planting density we want to determine will change accordingly, that is, the planting density is not constant. The soil with sufficient fertility can generally be planted with 15,000 to 20,000 plants per mu, the soil with medium fertility can generally be planted with 20,000 to 30,000 plants per mu, and the soil with poor fertility is generally 30,000 to 40,000 plants per mu. In fact, that is to say, the row spacing of planting is generally 30 to 40 centimeters, and the plant spacing is about 15 to 20 centimeters.

3. Chemical control

Many people may not understand what chemical control is. In fact, chemical control is to use fertilizer to regulate the growth of soybean plants. Soybean likes fertilizer, but in its growth process we still need to control the amount of fertilizer and scientific use of fertilizer seeds. In the early stage of soybean growth, we can use nitrogen fertilizer appropriately to promote plant growth, but in the middle and late stages, we need to supplement phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, and use less nitrogen fertilizer as much as possible to avoid excessive growth and reduce soybean yield.

4. Cultivation

In the process of soybean growth, we also need scientific cultivation, which is also of great benefit to soybean growth. The first intertill is usually when the soybean seedlings are thinned and replanted. This time, we need to clean up the weeds in the field. The second intertillage is to loosen the soil after planting, which can improve the permeability of the soil and promote the growth of soybeans. The later stage needs to be cultivated according to specific conditions, but attention should be paid not to cultivate at the time of flowering and pod-setting.

5. Water

Soybean has strong drought resistance, so it can be properly dry, but the field must not appear ponding, or humidity is too large, so it has a great impact on soybeans. This means that we generally only need watering when it is dry or when the temperature is very high, but when there is more rainfall, we must drain it in time.

6. Leaf picking

After flowering and pod setting, we should carry out appropriate leaf picking, which can reduce nutrient consumption, concentrate nutrient supply, promote soybean pod growth and improve soybean quality. At this stage, if there is a lack of nutrients, then it is easy to appear soybean not full phenomenon, serious yield reduction, degradation. But we usually remove the dense leaves, or we remove some of the leaves at the bottom.

When planting soybeans, we must pay attention to the above points, otherwise the soybeans planted will have more or less influence. For growers, the reduction in yield and quality is directly related to their economic returns, so it is crucial.
