After decades of development and transformation, Liudou Industrial Zone in Keelung City, which was established in 1982, has gradually transformed from a traditional industrial park into a science and technology park in Keelung, turning it into a gathering town of high-tech industries. at present, there are 48 well-known enterprises in the field of science and technology industry. The industrial environment at home and abroad is changing rapidly. In the past, the business model which only relies on a single manufacturer to open up the territory can no longer be applied to today's international competitive market. It is necessary to cooperate across industries and introduce effective external counseling resources in order to create a new opportunity for success. In view of this, after months of communication, coordination and preparation among manufacturers in Liuzhu Science and Technology Park, and under the guidance of the Industrial Development Department and Social Department of Keelung Municipal Government, the "Keelung Liuzhu Science and Technology Park Manufacturers Association" initiated by 15 founding member manufacturers was formally established on April 17, 108 under the witness of Li Tongcheng, Secretary General of Keelung City Government, and Lin Qinghai, Director of production and Development Department.

The association was also elected by Min long, General Manager of China Electronics Co., Ltd., and Xiujuan, Executive Deputy General Manager of China Terminal Electric Co., Ltd., respectively. The establishment of this association will cooperate with government policies, coordinate labor cooperation, improve work efficiency for the purpose of increasing production, and promote mutual development of manufacturers. As for Xiujuan, the executive deputy general manager of China Terminal Electric Co., Ltd., the preparatory chairman of the Association, after being successfully transferred to the executive supervisor, she finally completed the expectations and important tasks of the mayor and manufacturers, and traveled in many ways during the preparation period. Communication and coordination in mind, the formal establishment and operation of the Association has finally stepped out a major milestone, looking forward to sweet returns for the development of the park in the future.
