The "2019 Hsinchu Self-Maker Carnival" will be held again from April 27 to 28 at the TSMC of Qingda University. A publicity press conference will be held on the 15th. The Labor Department of Hsinchu City said that in addition to self-maker workshops, fun interactive competitions and interactive art exhibitions, senior self-makers who have worked with local makers for a long time will also be invited to participate in the forum.
