At 7 a.m., Zhang Qiqiang, Director of Tourism and Tourism of New Taipei City, Shi Yuxiang, Mayor of Gongliao, and Zheng Jinlong, former New Taipei City Councilman, blew the horn to kick off the road run. Nearly 500 people signed up for the road run.
