When do water lilies bloom? What time does it bloom? How should I plant it?
Water lilies are a kind of lotus, belonging to aquatic plants, and some people like to decorate fish tanks and ecological tanks at home. Have you noticed when water lilies bloom? What time does it bloom? How should I plant it? Let's discuss it with you now.
When do water lilies blossom
Water lilies like bright light and are well ventilated, so the flowers close at night and open again in the morning. A pond with sprouting trees on the bank can blossom, but grows weakly.
The requirement of soil quality is not strict, the pH value is 6-8, all grow normally, but like the loam rich in organic matter. The water depth of the pond should not exceed 80 cm in the growing season.
It germinates long leaves from March to April, blossoms one after another from May to August, each flower blossoms for 2 to 5 days, opens during the day and closes at night. Bear fruit after flowering.
The stems and leaves withered from October to November. It sprouted again the following spring.
The water depth of the pond should not exceed 80 cm in the growing season.
It germinated from late March to early April, pregnant buds in late April or early May, bloomed from June to August, yellow leaves from October to November, and entered dormancy period after November.

The blooming time of water lilies varies. Most of them are from 8 a.m. to 10:00, and they usually stay open and stay together at night.
How to plant water lilies
The steps of germination are as follows:
1. Put the cut water lilies into the container
2. Pour into the trapped tap water (do not use the tap water directly from the tap pipe, use it after being trapped in a bottle for two days)
3. Then drop two or three drops of hydroponic nutrient solution (green liquid) into the container
4. Change water three days before germination and change water five days after germination (steps same as articles 2 and 3)
5. Place the container on the balcony or windowsill, where there is plenty of sunshine
6. You can grow tender teeth in about five days.
7. After the buds grow, prepare for planting!
The planting steps are as follows:
1. You can buy some pond mud online (there is industrial pollution in the pond near my home, so I don't dare to dig it directly)
2. Soak the purchased pond mud in clean water for 1-2 hours before putting it in the container, and take out the dirt (usually small things such as leaves or weeds).
3. Pounce the silt of the pond flat on the bottom of the container, press the germinated water lily seeds (do not take off the black shell) one by one in the silt, spread a layer of washed sand on the silt of the pond (to prevent it from floating turbid after pouring water), pour into the trapped water, and then drop a few drops of hydroponic nutrient solution to replenish the nutrition!
That's about it, it's all personal breeding experience!
I just bought water lily seeds a few days ago, bought 50, is to follow this step of operation, sprouting success rate of 100%! Now it has been planted, the leaves have opened a lot, and now it is waiting to blossom!
