Coya, founder of Good Food Light, won the Double Gold Award of the Year in The World's Original Marmalade Awards, which was praised as the "Oscar of the jam world" in March this year, attracting international attention. Penrith, the British town that hosted this world-famous competition, was actually an unknown remote town, but because of its annual citrus carnival, it attracted competitors and tourists from all over the world, not only driving local economic growth, but also making young people willing to stay in the local area.

Does Taiwan also have the opportunity to take advantage of its abundant resources to go global? "Taiwan definitely can!" Kea does not hesitate to say that Taiwan's fruits are rich in diversity, a jar of citrus jam, Taiwan can have ten different flavors of citrus mixed use, such as Maoku orange, golden jujube, Pingtung lemon, etc. Compared with Europe, there are only a few citrus species, and these flavors are not far apart. Ke Ya believes that the most important thing for Taiwan now is to change the idea of seeing results in the short term. "We have to diagnose the system first. What are our advantages? After that, we can plan further." Once Taiwan jam is developed, it is time to move toward growing specially processed fruit varieties, and to move toward organic jam, we must overcome the problem of high cost of non-toxic organic fruits. "Only by diagnosing the problems in every link can Taiwan move towards refined processing."

"Ten years into jam making, I'm sure I'll make jam for the rest of my life." Ke Ya firmly said that he wanted to lay a foundation for Taiwan's jam discourse and lead Taiwan's brand out of the world. She wrote on Facebook: "I regard jam creation as a tribute to the island and constantly explore the possibilities of fruits. These splendid Taiwanese fruits are undoubtedly an important reason for me to persist." Good food light out of nearly 40 kinds of jam, is to harvest the four seasons sweet, rich products, sealed in jam.
