Morchella is a very expensive edible fungus in the market at present, which has high nutritional value and medicinal value. At present, the scale of artificial cultivation of Morchella has expanded, and the output has also been improved to a certain extent, but it still fails to meet the needs of consumers. So in order to improve the yield of Morchella, its mushroom production management is a very important step, let's learn the mushroom production management technology of Morchella cultivation.

1. Temperature

Morchella can produce mushrooms in about a month at normal temperature, that is to say, Morchella is very sensitive to temperature. The best temperature for the growth of Morchella fruiting body is about 12 to 18 degrees. When the temperature is too high or too low, it will affect the growth and development of Morchella fruiting body, thus affecting the mushroom rate of Morchella. In addition, the temperature difference between day and night can not be too large, generally the best difference is about 10 degrees, if the temperature difference is more than 15 degrees, under such conditions, the mushroom emergence of Morchella is also very bad.

2. Lighting

The growth of Morchella needs sufficient light, and only sufficient light can ensure the quality of Morchella. Of course, Morchella can be carried out in the absence of light during the fermentation period, but if you want the growth of Morchella fruiting body, you must have light. But we also have to adjust the light, can not always maintain direct light, otherwise it will also affect the normal emergence of mushrooms. In the morning, we usually keep direct light, but after one o'clock in the afternoon, we can only rely on scattered light, and we need shade around four o'clock in the afternoon.

3. Humidity

In order to promote the emergence of Morchella, during this period of time, we will often water, but each time the amount of water should not be too much, it is best to use spray watering method. Of course, if it is to stimulate the emergence of mushrooms, we need appropriate more watering, using the immersion method for watering. The humidity in the mushroom room is increased to about 60% to 85%, and the maintenance of humidity is strengthened, so that the emergence speed of Morchella can be accelerated.

4. Ventilation

During the emergence period of Morchella, we also need to strengthen ventilation management to maintain air circulation in the mushroom room. The ventilation time of the mushroom room is mainly related to the change of weather and temperature. For example, when the weather is relatively dry, the temperature is higher, and the weather is better, then the ventilation time out of the mushroom room can be appropriately extended. But if it's cold or rainy, it's best to keep the duration of ventilation at about two hours. Finally, if the humidity of the mushroom room is too high, we should also carry out timely ventilation, reduce humidity and promote mushroom production.

5. Topdressing

During the emergence of Morchella, we also need to pay attention to topdressing. But in general, there is no need for topdressing, because the nutrients on the mushroom bed are basically sufficient to maintain the normal mushroom production demand of Morchella. But if it is to promote the emergence speed of Morchella and improve the yield and quality of Morchella, then we can sprinkle a layer of plant ash on the mushroom bed and spray water. Or use the right amount of potash fertilizer to spray, the effect is also very good.

In general, according to the above management process for scientific mushroom management, then the output and quality of Morchella can basically be guaranteed, so we should seriously learn the professional planting technology of Morchella.
