Chicken blood vine, the name of traditional Chinese medicine. The dried rattan stem of the legume. Harvest in autumn and winter, remove branches and leaves, slice and dry. Distributed in Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan and other places. It has high medicinal value. So, how much is the price of traditional Chinese medicine chicken blood vine per jin? How to plant it? What are the effects and effects? It is understood that the price of chicken blood vine is about seven yuan per jin, and the price will be different in different regions.

How to plant the chicken blood vine?

1. Land selection and preparation

According to the growing environment, we can choose the gentle slope or field with an altitude of less than 500 meters above sea level, convenient drainage and irrigation, and wet leeward as the seedling bed, and the sandy soil with deeper soil layer is suitable. Turn the soil deep in the winter of the previous year, freezing to death most of the pests that overwintered in the soil. In the following year, 300 to 500 kilograms of farm manure or 50 to 100 kilograms of compound fertilizer per mu should be used as base fertilizer, and the seedbed should be turned up to make a seedbed with a width of 1.2 meters and a height of 20 centimeters. Leveling, spray disinfection with 5% potassium permanganate solution, dig a good drainage ditch between and around the seedling bed, require smooth drainage, there is no stagnant water in the ditch. Then use black plastic film to cover the nursery bed, sprinkled with soil, mud block compaction.

2. Cutting preparation

Before the sprouting of the new buds, the 1-2-year-old lignified branches with no diseases and insect pests should be selected as cuttings, and the collected branches should be drenched and moisturized in time. Cut the branch into 15-20cm stem segments with at least 2 bud holes, cut off the leaves, cut 45 degrees at the base of the branch, and cut flat at the top to make it easier to distinguish between head and tail. The top cut is about 1 cm away from the bud eye. When the cuttings are collected, the whole process should be completed within 3 to 4 days.

3. Cuttage

Soak for 20 minutes with ABT- 2 rooting agent or indole acetic acid diluted solution before cutting, and the depth of soaking is about 3 cm (as shown in figure 2). Then take out and dry the water in the epidermis of the base. Before cutting, use a sharp piece of wood with a row spacing of 15cm to 15cm, and make holes in the shape of "plum blossom" ("plum blossom shape" can make seedlings stagger each other to facilitate photosynthesis). Then insert the cuttings into the soil at an angle of 45 degrees along the pre-fixed small hole and the ground, with at least one bud eye exposed.

After about 10 or 15 days, the cuttings began to take root and sprout. Because there is plastic film mulching, the soil water loss is very little, so it is exempted from watering irrigation; the black plastic film absorbs heat and heat preservation, takes root and sprouts 5 to 10 days earlier than the ordinary cutting, and the light transmittance of the black plastic film is less than 5%. Therefore, it is difficult for weeds to grow without photosynthesis, so the early artificial weeding can be avoided. It is estimated that the cost of watering irrigation and 6 times of manual weeding in the early stage of cutting accounts for about 30% of the total cost. By using the cutting technique covered with plastic film, it is only necessary to weed once after the film is opened (the cost of weeding is saved 5 times). After deducting the cost of purchasing plastic film, the cost is about 45% lower than that of cutting seedlings with common techniques.

4. Seedling raising time

Generally choose between February and May, preferably about 20 days before and after the Qingming Festival. At this time, the temperature is not high, Rain Water is sufficient, so the survival rate of seedlings is the highest.

5. Overcast watering management

After cutting, spray water evenly on the seedling bed once more, and it is appropriate to water thoroughly. Then build a shade with a height of 2.5 meters, and choose a sunshade net with a shading rate of about 60%. When the young seedlings reach 10 cm, choose to spray foliar fertilizer on a cloudy afternoon. After 90 days, spray 3% compound fertilizer to promote the growth of young seedlings and roots (note: spray again with clean water after spraying to avoid the damage of foliar fertilizer). After June, the temperature gradually rises, and the soil accumulates carbon dioxide to form siltation, which is easy to cause vomiting. It is necessary to remove the plastic film in time and burn the abandoned plastic film centrally so as not to pollute the environment. After uncovering the film, the weeds on the seedbed basically did not germinate, and at this time the chicken blood rattan seedlings had begun to grow and formed a competitive advantage over weeds. In the future, depending on the growth of the chicken blood vine, manual weeding once or exempt from weeding, the cost is greatly saved.

What are the effects and effects of chicken blood vine?

1. Tonifying blood, activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals. Can treat irregular menstruation, blood deficiency wilting yellow, numbness paralysis, rheumatism arthralgia.

2. Inhibit the heart and lower blood pressure.

3. Anticancer effect.

4. Regulation of lipid metabolism.
