Starting at 8 a.m. on Sunday morning, March 17, as the Beihui train brought in groups of pedestrians, the small square in front of Shuangxi Railway Station was immediately crowded with more than 1,000 participants. These visitors came to Shuangxi to participate in the "Second International River Action Day" organized by the Anti-Shuangxi Reservoir Self-help Association.
