The leaves of the green apple turn yellow

Green pineapple, also known as golden kudzu, is native to the tropical rain forest of Solomon Islands in Indonesia. Sex likes warm and humid environment, which requires loose, fertile soil and good drainage. The green radish vine is several meters long and has air roots at the internodes. With the increase of growth age, the stem becomes thicker and the leaves become larger and larger. Leaves alternate, green, a few leaves will also be slightly yellow mottled, entire, heart-shaped.

Generally speaking, there are five reasons for the yellowing of green apple leaves:

1) Green pineapple bought in winter is generally frozen, so yellow leaves will appear quickly indoors, and new leaves will be reissued during the Spring Festival after these frozen yellow leaves have fallen.

2) generally, the newly bought green apple has an adaptation period of about 1 month to the new environment, and the yellow leaf at the bottom is normal, but remember: don't peel off the yellow leaf or dead leaf directly, cut it from the middle of the petiole, so as to avoid direct peeling causing too much water loss and increase the wound, thus causing the upper leaves to turn yellow.

3) although green pineapple is not afraid of darkness, a very dark environment can also cause yellow leaves, which can be moved regularly to places with good light; at the same time, it can not be exposed to the sun, too much exposure in strong light will not only cause yellow leaves to fall, but also lead to the death of the whole plant.

4) if the basin soil is too dry or too wet, both of them will cause metabolic disorder, damage to root system and lead to yellow leaves and fallen leaves.

5) lack of fertilizer, malnutrition will also appear yellow leaves, fertilizer should be replenished in time.
