Kashiro City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan, may be a strange name to many Taiwanese, and even to the Japanese people, it is the last county and city with the charm of the prefecture. But what many people do not know is that because of its proximity to Tokyo, Ibaraki has developed agriculture, fishing, animal husbandry and aquaculture industries since ancient times, and the cultivated area of crops in Japan is only second to Hokkaido, and it is one of the largest agricultural counties in Japan. The output of chestnuts in Osama City is the first in Ibaraki Prefecture.
Last year, the author participated in the delegation of "Local creation in Japan" and visited the Regional Medical Center, the coffee shop converted from the abandoned wine warehouse, the Chestnut Garden, and the schools and studios that nurtured local ceramic talents. I also visited Mayor Li Jian and others to ask the Yili Municipal Government to make efforts on the local creation policy in recent years. The author collates and introduces the relevant strategies of the Kasumi municipal government in promoting local creation in recent years, in order to provide a reference for Taiwan to promote local creation.
