In our life, a lot of fruit growers need to build a frame, and the most common one in the fruit is the grape stand. Scaffolding actually looks very simple, but is it really that easy? Are there any requirements for the construction of grape planting stents? So today the editor will take you to understand the construction method of grape scaffolding.

1. Bracket preparation

When growing grapes, we need to consider the aspect of scaffolding. First of all, we have to prepare the scaffolding materials for construction, some of which are made of wooden piles, bamboo frames, binding ropes and iron wires, some are repaired with cement, and some are directly prepared by steel scaffolds. Of course, one of the most durable is steel, and the lowest cost is the stake. If we consider it in terms of cost, we usually choose wooden piles to build brackets. Of course, the preparation of the scaffold is also closely related to the topography of the planting site, and the scaffold should be prepared according to different conditions.

2. Time to set up a fight

There is time for grapes to fight, neither too early nor too late. In general, we wait until the grape seedlings grow to about 30 to 50 centimeters before we build the bracket, which happens to be the fastest growing period of time, and it is also convenient to manage it during this period of time. It will not easily hurt the new grape seedlings, but also can carry out coring and topping by the way to promote the growth of side branches.

3. Scaffolding method

Grape scaffolding is mainly divided into two types, namely, hedge and scaffolding. And the hedge is divided into single hedge and double hedge. The single hedge is mainly based on the distance between the rows of grape planting to build upright brackets, and then connect each bracket with wire, which is more suitable for close planting. Double hedgerows are basically no different from single hedges, except that each grape has two stents, which can increase the area of the bracket and make effective use of space, but it is not easy to operate in the field. Scaffolding is divided into big scaffolding and small scaffolding. Greenhouse scaffolding is generally a scaffolding with row spacing greater than or equal to 6 meters, with a height of 1.5 meters at the back end, 2.5 meters at the front end and a length of 10 meters or more. The front end of the scaffolding is two meters high and the back end is one meter high.

4. Points for attention

When building the bracket, the first thing we should pay attention to is that the bracket should be firmly built, stick the pile into the ground as deep as possible, and test whether it is stable. Then, when binding the wire, it should be tied up so that it is not easy to be loosened. After the scaffold has been built, we have to test it to make sure that the scaffold is firm and will not collapse, and then pull the grape vines onto the scaffold. Finally, when we are pulling the vines, we should handle them gently and do a good job of binding.

The construction of stents is a very important step when growing grapes, and it also has a great impact on the yield and quality of grapes. Thank you for your long-term support and encouragement to our website, we will make continuous efforts to provide you with a better reference platform.
