Habits: extremely cold-resistant, drought-resistant, pruning-resistant, light-loving, deep, moist but fertile and loose soil.

Site selection: the nursery land should choose the fertile sandy soil with sufficient sunshine, good ventilation, flat terrain and good drainage.

To make a bed: generally take sowing or planting seedlings, the bed width is 1 meter × 10 meters or 1 meter × 20 meters, the bottom is applied with a layer of 7 meters of fully fermented horse manure as the base fertilizer; it is covered with a layer of soil of 5 meters to 7 meters; the top layer is to improve the ground temperature and permeability, and then spread a layer of fine river sand 2 meters to 3 meters thick, and the seedling bed surface is sprayed with 0.5% F2SO4 solution for disinfection, and the seeds can be sowed or inserted after 2 to 3 days.

Pruning: the sprouts in early spring should be renewed and pruned to shorten the branches of the previous year, promote them to sprout new branches and keep the branches red. 3. The method of cultivating Rhizoma mahogany in pots.
