Mushroom is a kind of very popular edible fungi, and the market demand in our country is very large. Therefore, we now have a very wide planting area of mushrooms. And now the planting area of shiitake mushrooms is still expanding, there are also many novice growers want to start planting. But I don't know how to grow it. So how do cantaloupes grow? The following small series brings you the cultivation technology of shiitake mushrooms. Let's take a look together!

1. Mushroom farm settings

The mushroom farm should be set up in a place with leeward, sufficient light, abundant natural resources and sufficient water. Then according to 70% shade degree to do a good job of mushroom field cleaning work, easy to later management, improve the permeability of the site. Before inoculation, litter and decaying matter around the site should be removed to avoid excessive influence on the growth of mushroom by miscellaneous bacteria and pests. Then we should do a good job of land preparation, control the density and set up management channels. If there are not enough trees around and the shade is low, build a good shade. Finally, a layer of lime should be sprinkled on the ground to prevent the invasion of pests and miscellaneous bacteria.

2. Mushroom tree preparation

There are many species that can be used to grow mushrooms, generally dominated by Fagaceae trees. Mushrooms should not contain aromatic oil substances to prevent the growth of mushrooms. The bark should not be too thin or too thick to ensure close contact with the trunk, which can facilitate the temperature and humidity regulation in the planting process and reduce the probability of invasion of miscellaneous bacteria. To ensure less heartwood, promote the decomposition of mushroom hyphae. The diameter of the mushroom tree should be kept at about 15 cm and the age should be more than 10 years. If the age is small, the mushroom production time will be advanced, and the mushroom meat is thin, the mushroom tree is easy to rot and deteriorate, which will have a great impact on the yield.

3. Timely vaccination

When the mushroom is inoculated, its temperature should be controlled at about 10-15 degrees, usually in the southern region around March. First of all, we should control the row spacing on the mushroom tree and make inoculation holes. Adjacent inoculation holes should be controlled at a distance of about 6 cm from the cross section to improve the anti-impurity ability. The diameter and depth of the inoculation hole should be controlled at about 15 mm. After the inoculation point is drilled, it should be inoculated in time to prevent water loss of the inoculation point and invasion of miscellaneous bacteria. Generally speaking, the principle is to follow the fight. After inoculation, the inoculation hole should be sealed with wax in time, or covered with a wooden block of the same size as the inoculation hole, and knocked tightly and flat. Improve sealing, reduce water evaporation, promote the growth of mushrooms.

4. Planting management

The hyphae after inoculation are crushed, so the growth ability of the strain is also reduced, and its adaptability is also insufficient. Therefore, in order to ensure the growth of mushrooms and restore the growth of mycelium, we should do a good job of keeping warm and moisturizing. If the mushroom bark is found to be tilted, then it is necessary to strengthen the shading work, properly water to improve the moisturizing ability, control the air humidity at about 65%, and the temperature at about 20 degrees. And because of the number of layers, the temperature and humidity of each layer of mushroom trees are different, so we have to turn the pile once every half month or so, according to the surrounding environment and weather, etc. to reasonably change the form to promote the growth of hyphae.

The above is a simple introduction to mushroom cultivation technology, and the cultivation of mushrooms is more troublesome. In the process of planting, we should also do a good job of shading, check the survival rate, prevent the invasion of diseases and insect pests, and then do a good job in the management of fruit bodies, etc. Therefore, we must do a good job in the study and preparation of planting technology before planting. Today's introduction is here, this article is for reference only, I hope to help everyone oh!
