Pineapple is our very common fruit, and it is also one of the fruits that many people like very much. in addition, pineapple is also often used as a cooking ingredient. For so many kinds of fruit, many people want to grow and eat it themselves, but they don't know how to grow it. Today, the editor would like to introduce to you how to grow pineapples. Is there any way?

When we are talking about planting pineapples here, we are not talking about buying whole potted plants to grow pineapples, but to teach people how to grow pineapples at home. Here we can also say that we are teaching people how to use waste. The waste here refers to the top of the skin of pineapples. The following editor introduces the specific planting steps.

1. First of all, of course, buy pineapples. To buy a pineapple with good appearance in the market, the crown of the leaf must be straight (there is no sign of yellowing), and the pericarp had better be a little green.

2. Prepare to plant crown buds. The so-called crown bud is the top part of the pineapple fruit, it is the most nutritious, so used to plant the best! Some people will buy crown buds from pineapple stalls for planting. Let's cut off the crown bud and cut the knife at the junction, leaving no flesh. You will see that there are dots in the section, which are the root primordia, from which roots will grow in the future. Carefully tear off the small leaves at the bottom to reveal the white parts and try not to destroy the root primordium under the leaf scars. Then put the crown bud horizontally in a ventilated place and let it dry for two days until the incision is dry and healed. This is to prevent decay. Don't be impatient.

3. Cui Gen of Guanya has a big hair. We hang the crown buds on the mouth of the bottle as close to the water as possible but avoid contact. Dark or opaque containers are more conducive to root growth, but if you appreciate roots as hydroponic plants, you can use ordinary glass bottles.

4. Transplant crown buds. If it is cultivated in soil, it will be ready for transplanting when the root grows to 0.5cm. If the planting substrate needs to be well drained, perlite can be used to mix the soil. In terms of watering, the soil should always be kept slightly moist, but not wet (which will promote decay) and not dry. It will take six to eight weeks for the stem to really give off strong roots. Do not rush this process, avoid frequent watering and fertilization, you should pay attention to this.

You can see that growing pineapples is actually very simple, but the simpler it is, the less careless it is. Just like the two parts of drying crown buds and watering, both of them require our patience and carefulness, and haste or carelessness will cause us to fall short of our success. so these are all things that need to be paid attention to.
