He is in line with the ongoing aquaculture renovation work in the 3km buffer zone along the coast of Taihu Lake in Xueyan town.
In order to accelerate the green transformation and development of key areas and protect the ecological environment of Taihu Lake Basin, according to the requirements of the provincial "263" special action and the "Supervision and Control opinions on the Prevention and Control of cyanobacteria blooms in Taihu Lake in Jiangsu Province", the party committee and government of Xueyan Town decided to carry out special regulation of aquaculture within 3 km of the buffer zone along the Taihu Lake basin.
This special rectification involves more than 60 aquaculture households in 4 villages of Yapu, Taihu, Xiazhuang and Xuedong. Farmers should carry out rectification and reform in accordance with the discharge Standard of Pond Culture Water in Taihu Lake Basin, and the tail water of breeding should be discharged up to the standard. If it fails to meet the relevant requirements after rectification or rectification, it shall be converted to production, returned or cleaned up and banned.
The special rectification is divided into four stages: the first stage is from January 3 to 20, which is the stage of individual application and registration verification; the second stage is from January 21 to February 10, which is the stage of signing the incentive agreement; the third stage is from March 5 to April 15, it is the stage of acceptance and payment; the fourth stage is the stage of long-term management from April 16.
After the action was carried out, three action teams were set up in Xueyan town to visit aquaculture farmers in various villages to explain relevant policies and do a good job in ideological work. Up to now, 46 farmers have submitted applications for surrender and 1 for rectification.
