Six culture models of freshwater crayfish for farmers' reference!

Several culture modes of crayfish are summarized and introduced as follows for reference.

There are two stocking modes of crayfish: one is to release shrimp species in autumn.

The shrimp species that have been bred will be caught and sold in time from March to May of the following year, and the shrimp seedlings will be left in the pond for adult shrimp culture; the other is to release shrimp seedlings in spring. The stocking specification is 200kg / kg, the density is 30kg / 667 square meters, and the time is from March to April. The stocking specification of silver carp and bighead carp fingerling is 40.6 / kg, the density is 200 / 667 square meters, the time is in May. Crayfish began to be caught in June, big and small. Silver carp and bighead carp are caught together in dry ponds at the end of crayfish culture. In this model, an average of 667 square meters can harvest 15000kg crayfish, 250kg silver carp and 300kg bighead carp.

Mixed culture model of crayfish and river crab

Crayfish and river crabs both belong to crustaceans with similar feeding habits and cannibalistic characteristics, so compound aquatic plants should be planted in culture ponds with a coverage rate of more than 60%. Aquatic plants can be used not only as plant bait for crabs and shrimp, but also as habitat, molting and concealment.

There are two ways of culture: the first is to take crayfish as the main culture species, and the culture management is mainly crayfish. The stocking specification of shrimp fry is 200 million / kg, the density is 30 million 40 kg / 667 square meter, the time is from February to March, and the stocking specification of crab is 60 million / kg (large size crab species for intensive cultivation in Xiaotangkou or special area), the density is 200 million 300 / 667 square meter, the time is May.

In this way, crayfish and river crab can be harvested with an average of 667 square meters, 150,200kg and 25kg, respectively. The second way is to take river crab as the main breeding species, and the culture management is mainly river crab. The stocking specification of river crab is 150 million / kg, the density is 600 million / 667m2, the time is from February to March, and the stocking specification of shrimp fry is 20000ind / kg, the density is 2000 / 667m ~ 2, the time is from late April to early May. In this way, an average of 667 square meters can harvest about 80 kg of river crab and 40-50 kg of crayfish.

Mixed culture model of crayfish and adult fish

The stocking specifications of crucian carp fingerling, 15,000 crucian carp fingerling, silver carp and bighead carp fingerling per 667 square meters were 1200,1500, 500,600 and 100,200 per 667 square meters, respectively, and the stocking time was from March to April, and the stocking density of shrimp fry was about 3 cm and the density was 4000 million fish / 667 square meters, from the end of April to the beginning of May. Adult fish come out of the pond around the end of the year according to the market situation. In this model, an average of 667 square meters can harvest 1000 kilograms of adult fish and 80 kilograms of crayfish.

Mixed culture model of crayfish and fish species

The mode of mixed culture of crayfish and fish fingerling is mainly fingerling cultivation. The stocking specification of shrimp fry is 200 ∕ kg and the density is 2500 ∕ 667m2, which is at the end of March or the beginning of April. The summer flower fish was released in June, and the main species were silver carp, bighead carp and crucian carp. The stocking density of silver carp, bighead carp, crucian carp and crucian carp were 12000,15,000,3000 and 2000 ∕, respectively. The model of crayfish culture in lotus root pond

Raising crayfish in lotus root pond is a new production mode in which planting and aquaculture make use of and complement each other. The lotus root species with short leaves and stems, rapid growth, developed branches, crisp flesh, high quality and high yield were selected, the planting density was 60000plants ∕ 667m2, the time was in the middle and late of April, and the stocking specification of crayfish was 200kg ∕ kg, the density was 3000kg ∕ 667m2, the time should be late rather than early, early stocking of shrimp seedlings was easy to cause lotus root bud damage, which was generally controlled in late May. This model can harvest 1000-1300 kg lotus root and 80 kg crayfish on an average of 667 square meters.

Intercropping crayfish in rice fields

Interplanting crayfish in rice fields, digging ring ditches around rice fields, and making use of the shallow water environment of rice fields, both rice and crayfish are cultivated. It is an ecological planting and breeding model to improve the comprehensive benefit per unit area.

Rice was planted and raised from late April to early May, and began to transplant seedlings from the end of May to early June. The transplanting methods of shallow water, wide row and dense plants were adopted, and the planting density on both sides of the ring ditch on the inside of the ridge was appropriately increased to give full play to the marginal advantage. In this model, an average of 667 square meters can harvest 500,550 kilograms of rice and 80 kilograms of crayfish.
