Raising seedlings

1. Prepare the container: use the container with holes at the bottom. (such as the "eggshell Seedling method" of the previous period)

2. Planting soil: vermiculite fills the flowerbed without fertilizing.

3. Sowing: sow seeds evenly on the soil surface, covering no more than half of the soil area.

4. Cover the soil: cover vermiculite on the top of the seed according to 3 to 5 times the thickness of the seed.

5. Raising seedlings: put the container out of direct sunlight, the seeds will generally emerge in a week or so, and there is no need to water before emergence. When seeds are unearthed, spray the surface with a spray can. After spreading the leaves, the seedlings should be placed in the sun and sprayed with water and the soil surface is moist.

6. after the cotyledons of the seedlings come out, they can begin to move the seedlings and finish them as soon as possible in about three days.

Transplant

1. Allocate the base fertilizer according to the type of vegetables.

2. Before planting, according to the density of different kinds of vegetable seedlings, press the keyhole with your fingers in the flowerpot.

3. Use the seedling transfer shovel to gently take out the seedlings in the container and put them in the holes of the flowerpot one by one.

4. After planting, immediately pour a circle of water along each seedling, so that the root soil is solid and closely integrated with the root. This is called "fixed root water".
