First of all, small-scale farmers can rest assured, because the collection of environmental tax is not you, but those who enjoy the state subsidy of large-scale farms.

For large-scale farms, the scope of collection is also a certain standard, usually more than 50 cattle, 500 pigs, 5000 feather chicken and duck livestock and poultry farms.

It should be noted that the following special circumstances do not have to pay environmental tax:

1. Non-production and business operation units and individual residents

2. Non-large-scale breeding farms for agricultural production

3. Large-scale breeding farms for comprehensive utilization of manure.

Some people are lucky and want to evade or evade taxes. I would like to remind you not to think so dangerously. If you are found to have evaded taxes, you will face the following penalties:

1. If the amount of tax evasion is more than 10% of the tax amount, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention

2. If the amount of tax evasion is more than 30% of the tax amount, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years and not more than seven years.
