The suitable growth temperature of Asian lily and oriental lily is 20-25 ℃ in daytime, 25-28 ℃ in musk lily, and the night temperature is above 14 ℃. When the temperature was higher than 30 ℃, the growth and development of lily was seriously affected, the bud was eliminated, and the flowering rate decreased obviously, and the growth below 10 ℃ was almost stagnant.

Lily requires that the soil is rich in humus, the soil layer is deep and loose, and it is best to maintain a properly moist and well-drained sandy loam, and lilies must not be planted in clay.

Lily likes slightly acidic soil, the suitable soil pH value of Asian and musk lily is 6-7, and the suitable soil pH value of oriental lily is 5.5-6.5; lily is generally not salt-tolerant, the content of fluorine and chlorine in soil is less than 50mg/L, and the total soil salinity does not exceed 1.5ms/cm.

III. Preparatory work before planting

1. Soil disinfection: soil disinfection should be carried out before planting lilies. The commonly used disinfection methods are steam disinfection and chemical disinfection. Steam disinfection is seldom used at present because of high energy consumption and troublesome operation. Chemical disinfection is to sprinkle the soil with 40% formalin at 1:50 or 1 10g/m2 100 times, with a dosage of 2.5kg / m2, cover with plastic film for 5-7 days, uncover and dry for 10-15 days, or sprinkle the soil with carbendazim powder for disinfection.

2, seed ball thawing and disinfection: immediately after the seed ball arrives, open the package and thaw it in the environment of 10-15 ℃, and then disinfect it after complete thawing. Disinfection method: soak the seed ball in 1/1000 carbendan, chlorothalonil, carbendazim, potassium permanganate and other aqueous solutions for 30 minutes, or soak the seed balls in 80 times 40% formalin solution for 30 minutes. After taking out, rinse the residual solution on the seed ball with clean water, and then dry it in a cool place.
