Several key points of picking camellias and feeding sugar

For bees in the south, autumn tea is also a big flowering period, with a long flowering period and abundant powder sources. Collecting camellias needs to be equipped with several tons of white sugar feeding reward, and at the same time play a role in neutralizing camellia nectar. In order to get the benefit of de-powdering and making pulp (no pulp is made in the main area), camellias must be fed syrup every day, one is to alleviate the role of rotten seed, the second is to improve the enthusiasm of collecting powder, and the third is because the alkalinity of tea nectar is too high. do not take a large number of syrup neutralization, will lead to a large number of bees inexplicably dead in the winter.

Therefore, the stage of picking tea pollen, especially in the full flowering stage, must not be at any cost, and must be fed with syrup every day until the end of the late stage of camellia. At this time, the winter feed is enough, and it can safely enter the overwintering period. If the camellia stage is properly fed with sugar and enough sugar, the large amount of sugar consumed by bees indicates a strong bee colony and a guarantee of high yield and harvest in the coming year.

Gallnut honey should not be used as overwintering feed.

Although gallnut this year is more than ten days later than in previous years. Because the weather has been fine, although it is impossible to get honey, it is also a good thing to collect enough fodder, but recently I came to the tea farm, no matter whether it was sunny or rainy, the bees were very diligent, and there were no bees flying in the bee field next door. My bees are buzzing, but they are still flying lively. It's like a stream of honey, rain or shine.

I discussed with you, they said that they used to collect gallnut without honey, and the bees were also very excited, because the honey smell was so strong that the honey spleen had to be removed, otherwise the bees could not stop smelling it. Get drenched in the rain and fly out. Therefore, do not leave the flavored honey in the box for autumn. Or it will really kill the bees!
