Recently, the 20000 square meter factory modern edible fungus project with a total investment of 100 million yuan by Shanghai Yisheng Food Co., Ltd. has signed a contract with the agricultural park and officially settled in Guannan Modern Agricultural demonstration Zone.

The project covers an area of 150 mu and mainly produces pure white Flammulina velutipes and Pleurotus eryngii. Build a new modern edible fungus factory of 20000 square meters, adopt international advanced factory cultivation technology and equipment for the breeding and cultivation of edible fungi, and carry out standardized and large-scale production. The project is to be invested in two phases. The first phase invests 50 million yuan to build a Flammulina velutipes factory of 10000 square meters. After it is put into production, it will produce 4400 tons of Flammulina velutipes annually, with an estimated annual output value of 53 million yuan, a profit of 18 million yuan, a tax payment of 11.9 million yuan, and a foreign exchange earnings of 3 million US dollars. The second phase invests 50 million yuan to build a 10000 square meter Pleurotus eryngii factory. After it is put into production, it will produce 3600 tons of Pleurotus eryngii annually, with an estimated annual output value of 54 million yuan, a profit of 17 million yuan, a tax of 11 million yuan and a foreign exchange earnings of 3 million US dollars.

When completed, the project will create long-term employment opportunities for local farmers. The project uses the processing leftovers of crops such as rice bran and sawdust as raw materials, and organically combines with biotechnology to turn waste into treasure, which can maximize the added value of agricultural products, increase the output and benefit of agriculture in Guannan, and increase agricultural income and farmers' efficiency.
