Siberian Sturgeon is a rare fish that has grown for 9 years to give birth, with a price of more than 40 yuan per kilogram. The Yalu River Basin is rich in freshwater resources, and more than 500,000 mu of "living water" can be used for cage fishery development. In recent years, Dandong Ocean and Fisheries Bureau went to Fuyuan County, Heilongjiang Province to introduce Siberian Sturgeon fry, and provided 300000 yuan of Sturgeon fry free of charge to the largest cage culture base in the city, providing technical services, Sturgeon cage culture was finally successful. Beijiang Village, Daxichazi Town, Kuandian County, is located near Yongfeng Reservoir in the upper reaches of the Yalu River. At present, the village has an area of 80,000 square meters of cage culture and more than 80 vessels with a displacement of more than one and a half tons, which is named as the pollution-free breeding base of the Ministry of Agriculture. Driven by the successful cultivation of Sturgeon last year, more than 30 households have invested in this year, and the area of cage Sturgeon culture in the village has reached 30,000 square meters. The village already has six farmed species, including German mirror carp, crucian carp and fragrant fish, and half of the more than 300 workers are engaged in cage culture, and the fresh fish produced have entered supermarkets in Beijing, Changchun and Harbin in batches.
