Wang Hui, 45 years old this year, joined the army at the age of 20. In 1996, he transferred from a company position to work in an enterprise in our city, and soon lost his job due to enterprise restructuring. Later he got a job at an import car dealership in the development zone. Because of his good personal quality and diligent work, he quickly mastered marketing skills, won the company's appreciation, and his salary was also mentioned again and again. However, in the summer of 1998, affected by the Southeast Asian financial crisis, Wang Hui's enterprise was unsustainable and he lost his job again.

In the face of two unemployment, Wang Hui did not complain about the injustice of fate, nor did he complain about self-abandonment. The tough guy who came out of the military camp had the idea of starting his own business. In the late autumn of 1998, Wang Hui bid farewell to his wife and daughter and the city where he had lived for decades. He took two relatives from the countryside and several migrant workers to Xitucheng Village, Dagushan Township, and began his entrepreneurial career.

At the beginning of the mountain, it was desolate: the mountains were full of rocks, ravines crisscrossed, a few abandoned apple trees were occasionally seen in the weeds deep enough for one person, and several pingpong ball-sized fruits hung on the branches and swayed with the wind. In the two smoke-blackened shacks, the stove and kang had collapsed, a few sparrows freely entered and exited through the broken windows, and rats ran around on the ground. When they walked outside the shack, they found gray snakes devouring rats... In such a difficult environment where there was no road, no water, no electricity, and insects, Wang Hui and the others began to pick stones, build houses, build terraces, and plant fruit trees day after day like fools. The blood blisters on his hands covered each other layer by layer, and calluses were worn on his shoulders. There are many mosquitoes on the mountain in summer and autumn. After being bitten, there are many ulcers on the body, which still leave scars. The most difficult is winter, because reluctant to spend money to buy coal rely on picking firewood burning kang heating, sleep at night need to wear cotton hat, often wake up in the middle of the night by freezing, wake up to add a handful of firewood to the kang hole and then sleep. Because of the harsh environment, difficult living conditions and heavy labor intensity, two relatives from the countryside left him one after another, and no local migrant workers were willing to suffer there. Some local people predicted that within three years, he would definitely have to pack up and leave. However, Wang Hui, relying on his military spirit and manly spirit, clenched his teeth and survived the critical first three years and persisted for the whole 10 years.
