In Xiaoshan, when it comes to "moving north food to the south", we have to mention Pingshuimu. Although he is not the first person to "eat crabs", the speed of his "expansion" should not be underestimated.

When he first saw Hiraki, he wore sunglasses and drove a modern off-road vehicle. He was bold and rugged, and he didn't look like a man dealing with dirt.

Pingshuimu, who has previously run a food packaging factory and worked as a small construction Baotou, is a man of great business mind.

When asked why he wanted to engage in land contract management in the first place, he said: "the main reason is to see that agriculture is a promising industry. Although it is a bit more difficult and tiring, it is less risky than other industries." At the same time, the support of governments at all levels to agriculture is increasing year by year, as long as there are no major natural disasters, the benefit of scale operation is not less than that of running a small enterprise. For example, the contracted management of 153 mu of vegetables last year achieved an output value of more than 750000 yuan and a profit of about 160000 yuan. If you do not engage in large-scale operation, it will be difficult to pay the contract fee. "

Pingshui wood was contracted to be planted in Yongfu Village, Dacun Town in March 2006, from the initial 50 mu to 330 mu this year.

Then why did you choose to contract management in Yongfu Village? Pingshuimu walked and said with a smile, "if you look at the egrets flying freely in the field, you will know how good the air is here." There are so many egrets on that mountain in spring. " Yes, there is no factory around, there is some distance from the villagers' living area, and there is no pollution. It is really the best place to produce pollution-free and green vegetables.

"this is balsam pear, which has 18 mu. It was raised in a nutrition bowl at the end of February, transplanted in early April, and picked on June 10. At that time, it was 3.50 yuan per kilogram. At present, it is 1.5 yuan per kilogram. Generally, it can be received in October, and the yield per mu is expected to be more than 2500 kilograms." "there are 16 mu of towel gourd and 30 mu of wax gourd, and more than 100 mu of leafy vegetables such as hairy vegetables, green vegetables, amaranth, spinach, as well as fresh corn, mini purple sweet potatoes, potatoes, eggplant and fruit vegetables." According to Pingshuimu, many of these vegetables are grown in the north and are now moved to the south so that citizens can eat fresh vegetables at the first time and provide raw materials for local agricultural products processing enterprises nearby.

It is understood that at present, Pingshuimu mainly grows melons and leafy vegetables, and has 50 mu of greenhouse, of which 20 mu of steel pipe greenhouse; 40 mu of spray dropper facilities, mainly used for the production of leafy vegetables, can produce more than 5-6 batches a year, generally 1500 kg per mu, with a price of 1.60-1.80 yuan per kg. Its 100 mu of leafy vegetables has been included in the construction project of Hangzhou leafy vegetable production guarantee functional area this year.

Pingshuimu, far-sighted, at the beginning of the contract in June 2006, took the lead in the establishment of Hangzhou Pingshi vegetable professional cooperative, registered the "Tianli" brand trademark. Signed a long-term acquisition contract with Ningbo Sanjiang Shopping Club Co., Ltd., and 90% of the products were acquired by contract. As a layman to agriculture, Pingshuimu hired two technicians to guide production and layout when it began to contract. At the same time, agronomic experts from the regional agricultural bureau often come to the door to carry out technical guidance, sending varieties, technology, information materials, and so on, to help them carry out production and management.

As far as the project of "moving food from the north to the south" implemented in this area is concerned, flat water wood started late, but it developed very fast and was very determined, so it is a real rising star.

When talking about his plans and ideas for the future, Pingshuimu said that it is necessary to further expand the area, increase investment, expand greenhouse facilities, and really expand and strengthen the "food from the north" to the south.
