In 1995, he rented a fish pond in Daxi Wai, Antang Village, Tai Chung Town, bought a batch of high-quality crispy meat breeds, and became a professional farmer. By last year, his crispy meat breed farming area had reached 500 mu, making him a veritable big farmer.

Benefit: annual net profit of 3 million yuan

Experience: eat broad beans for at least 4 months

Market surveys show that residents in the mainland, the Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong and Macao have different opinions on the crispness of crispy pork cutlets: the more crisp the mainland requires, the better, while the Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong and Macao generally require crispy meat. Shipping generally crispy meat to the mainland for sale will affect the sales of crispy meat; if you ship particularly crispy meat to the Hong Kong and Macao market, it will not suit the taste of the local people, and you will lose the market. Therefore, in June last year, Liang Weihao invested 400000 yuan to open a Xinbao crispy meat restaurant in the Southern District to promote the Xinbao brand to the market.

According to Liang Weihao, Xinbao Crispy Meat Restaurant can consume 125kg of crispy meatloaf a day, reaching 45000 kg a year. However, Liang Weihao's direct purpose of opening a restaurant is not to make a profit, but to continuously improve the quality of crispy meat through feedback from diners and establish a brand image among diners.
