Ma Yanbin, a capable Hui young man, was born in Qiaotou Town, Datong County, Qinghai Province in April 1983. He graduated from the English Department of Qinghai Normal University in 2006. He is currently the vice president of Yushu Tibetan Mastiff Association and the president of Qinghai Tianzi Cultural Education Training School. He founded Xiaoyushu Tibetan Mastiff Breeding Base in Qinghai Province and is the founder of Qinghai Natural Talent Culture Education Love Foundation.

Ma Yanbin was born in an ordinary working family of five. He and his younger siblings went to school and lived on his father's meager salary. He was the eldest son of the family, and his tender shoulders took on the heavy responsibilities of the family prematurely.

In September 2002, Ma Yanbin was admitted to the English Department of Qinghai Normal University with excellent results. While freshmen are still immersed in the joy and excitement of being admitted to college, Ma Yanbin is already considering how to solve tuition fees and living expenses during college. During his four years of college, he used holidays and weekends to work as a waiter in a restaurant, a salesman in a shopping mall, a tutor, and a substitute teacher...

During his time as a tutor and substitute, he gained the trust of many students and parents through his solid professional knowledge and unique teaching methods. When he was a sophomore, he borrowed money from classmates and relatives and founded a talent tutor center. While expanding his career, he also provided a way for many poor students to work.

One day in March 2007, at Lhasa Railway Station, Ma Yanbin, who was still working as a translator at the head office of Qinghai Province Tourism Bureau, was attracted by a group of people's conversation: "This is for you 1.8 million yuan." " No, this is a purebred Tibetan Mastiff. It's the only one in the world. 1.8 million is too low." It turned out that several people were trading Tibetan mastiffs. For Ma Yanbin, a million yuan was simply a sky-high price. From Lhasa back to Xining, he immediately consulted relevant professionals, and determined that this is the road he has been looking for, so he gave up the translation work of the head office of Qinghai Province Tourism Bureau, immediately raised funds, ready to set up a Tibetan mastiff breeding base.

Ma Yanbin pieced together more than 100,000 yuan to set up a Tibetan mastiff breeding base. However, due to his lack of knowledge about Tibetan mastiffs and their breeding, he thought that Tibetan mastiffs raised in the surrounding areas of Xining were also Tibetan mastiffs. In addition, he did not pay attention to breeding and medical care. As a result, some mastiffs he bought with money fell ill and died. When he sold them, customers said that he was not selling Tibetan mastiffs at all, and all the investment was lost.

At that time Ma Yanbin was under great pressure. His family, relatives and friends opposed him to continue raising Tibetan Mastiff. However, he quickly cheered up, summed up his experience seriously, and went to Beijing Tibetan Mastiff Club and China Fine Tibetan Mastiff Breeding Base to visit Wang Zhankui, the father of Tibetan Mastiff, to learn the selection, breeding and cultivation of Tibetan Mastiff, and to seek advice from Mr. Ma Junren, Chairman of China Tibetan Mastiff Club, to learn the identification method of purebred Tibetan Mastiff lineage, Tibetan Mastiff breeding and identification of true and false Tibetan Mastiff, etc. At the same time, he also inspected the Tibetan Mastiff market. Four months later, he re-embarked on the road of entrepreneurship.

In order to find a purebred Tibetan mastiff, Ma Yanbin and his companions went deep into Qumalai County of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and other remote areas for many times, experiencing unimaginable trials. Once, because the car broke down on the road, they were trapped in the snow, several wolves have been around the car, they are hungry and cold and afraid. However, in order to obtain a purebred mastiff, he felt that this was nothing.

Today, Ma Yanbin has a small reputation in the Tibetan Mastiff community, with hundreds of thousands of annual income. Ma Yanbin knows that it is not easy for poor students to study. In 2009, he injected nearly 300,000 yuan to expand the "Talent Education Training Center" operated during school into a non-profit "Talent Culture Education Training School". When he learned that there were many excellent high school students or poor students in the Seventh Complete Middle School of Datong County, his alma mater, who were admitted to university, but worried about their family financial difficulties, he took donating money to study as his own duty and established a talent reward fund. He said: "Without the earnest guidance of the leaders of Datong Seventh Middle School and the meticulous care of the teachers, there would be no success in my career."
