At the height of summer, it is the peak season for the growth of kudzu. The city kudzu tea farm in Dagong village, Dagong town, Danyang city, Danyang city, set up a competition to evaluate the species of kudzu inside and outside the province, and the tea farm made a solemn commitment: where technical standards are unified and pollution-free cultivation is carried out, all kudzu farmers can participate in the competition, and the tea farm will give 10,000 yuan to the top three who reach the standard of stem type and yield. This attracted many growers. While visiting the base, they modestly asked Jin Yungeng, the head of the teahouse, for advice on relevant techniques.

Jin Yungeng, who is in his 50s, is a professional family in Yicheng Town. Over the years, he has made great efforts to use wild kudzu seedlings in the local Bailongsi mountain area for ecological planting and achieved success, and set up a Jinge tea farm. Experts from Yangzhou University and the Provincial Institute of Microbiology were hired as technical consultants to carry out deep processing and development of the products. "Geshen" brand health tea soon entered the markets of Nanjing, Shanghai, Yantai and other places. It has become one of the best-selling special agricultural products in our city. In 2007, with the assistance of the science and technology department, the product also won the national invention patent. This year, the real estate kudzu powder developed by Lao Jin was put on the market again. Because of its rich nutrition, rich puerarin, and pure natural food for both medicine and food, it has won the favor of consumers. At present, through the tea farm + base + peasant household model, he has driven more than 20 farmers to plant Pueraria lobata, and its base area has grown to more than 500 mu.

However, after years of cultivation and guidance of Pueraria lobata, Jin Yungeng found that due to the lack of technical management of some growers, although the leaves of Pueraria lobata planted by them grew luxuriantly, the nutrient guidance of the tubers below was blocked, resulting in a lack of nutrition on the main root, which directly affected the yield and quality of Pueraria lobata. In order to popularize the high-quality and high-yield technology of planting kudzu, ensure that all kudzu farmers have sufficient raw material supply of pollution-free fresh kudzu, realize scientific planting of kudzu, standardize cultivation management, and improve their standardized planting level, Jin Yungeng specially launched the measure of setting up a comparison and evaluation of Pueraria lobata, so as to promote the rapid development of the kudzu industry and better drive farmers to increase their income.

Ye Sheng, a farmer from Qianshan County, Anhui Province, told reporters: "driven by Lao Jin, I have become the largest grower in the tea farm. This year, my area of Pueraria has reached 150 mu, and I can also process kudzu fans. This tea competition will help to stimulate everyone's enthusiasm for scientific and technological planting. I will make efforts on high-quality cultivation in accordance with the requirements of the competition, and strive to win the first prize in the competition. " According to Jin Yungeng, when it comes to the harvest season in the second half of the year, he will also invite kudzu growers inside and outside the province to come and observe, and implement the 10,000 mu Pueraria industrialization project ahead of time, further expand deep processing, start the brand, and let more Danyang real estate kudzu products go to the major domestic markets.
